PM who builds, ships, and orchestrates

I'm a Senior Product Manager and AI Agent Lead at Yahoo DSP, with 14 years of experience in digital advertising technology — programmatic platforms, contextual targeting, yield optimization, and, increasingly, agentic AI systems.

My current focus is building a suite of conversational agents for Yahoo DSP: a help agent, an agentic campaign troubleshooter, and an anomaly detection system that surfaces issues before they impact delivery. I set the strategy, guardrails, and standards across all three — making sure every agent we ship is grounded in real user problems, not technology for its own sake.

Before the AI Agent Lead role, I spent three years as the product owner for contextual targeting and audience products — growing contextual revenue from $600K to $1M per month, shipping Yahoo's first internal AI audience creation agent, and delivering UI overhauls, CTV products, and geo targeting features across the DSP.

What drives me is the intersection of precision and scale — systems that handle millions of decisions per second while still feeling thoughtful to the user. That's true whether it's a pricing model, a targeting workflow, or a conversational agent that tells an advertiser why their campaign isn't delivering.

  • Doubled Next Gen Audience product fees from $400K → $800K/month (~$4.8M incremental/year) by shipping long-stalled improvements within one quarter of taking ownership
  • Built Yahoo's first internal AI audience creation agent — replacing manual keyword and domain research with an LLM tool that interprets user intent, enforces policy compliance, and adds approved assets directly to the workflow
  • Migrated contextual classification from batch to real-time streaming, reducing URL classification latency and expanding addressable inventory scale
  • Launched CTV contextual products using content metadata signals, unlocking a new programmatic revenue channel as CTV spend accelerated
  • Reduced predictive audience scoring time from 2 days to 8 hours, shortening time-to-live for new campaigns
  • Compressed vendor product onboarding from 8 weeks to 1 week across 6 active vendors
